Trust & policies
Understand the website’s boundaries before sharing information.
Public information and questions
The website assistant uses published site material. Its answer is a guide to those sources and can be wrong. It does not provide access to internal company records, private enquiries or research participant information.
Enquiries
Contact and project submissions go to the company’s owner workspace. Keep sensitive information out of the forms. Project enquiries remain private unless a separate, consented and reviewed general summary is published.
Product and service arrangements
A website policy is not a product security assessment, certification or service-level agreement. Discuss the requirements of an actual product or engagement and review its own terms. No compliance certification is claimed here.
Raise a concern
Use the contact form to report a website problem, request a correction or ask about privacy. For a suspected security issue, describe the affected page and general behaviour without sending exploit payloads, passwords or personal records. Agree a suitable channel before sharing sensitive details.
