Build around the real workflow.

Selected software projects with agreed scope, delivery and acceptance.

Define useful behaviour

Agree who the software serves, the tasks it must support and the result that will count as useful. Define the integrations, permissions, data handling and constraints that affect delivery.

Build and review

Review working increments against the actual flow. Check normal use, failures, recovery and important edge cases. An acceptance agreement should identify what is covered and what remains outside scope.

Commercial arrangement

The upfront build price reflects the agreed work. Scope changes, third-party charges, ownership, access, support and delivery dates need explicit agreement. There is no universal published rate or guaranteed delivery slot.

Plan operation

Choose whether bwebo will provide agreed managed care or whether the customer or a partner will take over. That decision affects documentation, access and handover requirements.
