A clear handover.
Build with bwebo and agree who operates and maintains the result.
Separate the responsibilities
A customer or delivery partner can take responsibility for ongoing operation and maintenance after handover. For these arrangements, the build is a paid engagement in its own right; future bwebo maintenance is not assumed.
Define the handover
Agree the deliverables, acceptance criteria, documentation, deployment and access arrangements, data responsibilities, ownership and licence terms. Identify who pays for and controls third-party services. The exact checklist depends on the project.
Make the transition usable
The receiving party should be able to understand the system and its operating requirements. Confirm what is transferred, what remains with each party and how any agreed transition assistance ends.
Continuing work
Post-handover support, new features or managed care require their own agreement. A handover does not imply an ongoing service, warranty beyond agreed terms or endorsement of the receiving provider.
