How project enquiries work

Review, privacy, public sharing and the step before an engagement.

Does an enquiry reserve a place?

No. Sending an enquiry starts a review. Acceptance, scope, price and delivery dates require separate agreement. A public queue entry is not a promise of a delivery date.

What should I include?

Describe the problem, who it affects, what a useful result looks like, an upfront build budget and any timing constraints. Avoid credentials, customer records and confidential material.

Is my enquiry public?

Raw enquiries are private by default. Sharing permission is optional. Only a reviewed, general public summary can appear in the public queue; submitting an enquiry does not itself publish it. Do not treat a public summary as a customer endorsement.

Who maintains the result?

Agree this before delivery. Where bwebo provides ongoing care, a defined monthly arrangement applies. A customer or partner can instead take responsibility through an agreed handover.

Need to correct an enquiry?

Use the contact route and include your enquiry reference if available. Do not resubmit sensitive details just to identify the request.
